Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries, understand their needs, and provide professional advice.
• Prepare software copyright applications and supporting technical materials.
• Coordinate with copyright authorities and track application progress.
• Help clients respond to review feedback and correct application materials.
• Maintain client records and case libraries and compile application statistics.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above; law, intellectual property, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of software copyright legislation and application procedures.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic computing knowledge and an understanding of software.
• Proficiency with large language models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude; demonstrated results are preferred.
