About the Role

Develop and optimize large-model algorithms, contribute to AI product architecture, ensure algorithm efficiency and accuracy, and advance technical innovation and practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize LLM algorithms to improve model performance.
• Participate in model training and evaluation, analyze results, and propose improvements.
• Design and implement technical solutions and write supporting documentation.
• Work closely with product teams to align technology with product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a computing-related field.
• Familiarity with deep-learning frameworks.
• Experience with large models is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency with large language models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude; demonstrated results are preferred.
