Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

Develop full-stack web applications and contribute to frontend and backend architecture and optimization, building high-performance, highly available products and advancing engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop web interfaces and backend APIs with attention to code quality and performance.
• Analyze feature requirements, design technical solutions, and propose feasible approaches.
• Optimize application performance, solve complex technical problems, and improve the user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and establish technical standards and best-practice documentation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to implement requirements efficiently.
• Participate in system testing and releases, gather feedback, and iterate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in a computing-related field.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL and non-relational stores such as Redis.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and microservice architecture.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong coding standards, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with large language models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude; demonstrated results are preferred.
